The offer
One fee. A clear goal. I stick with it.
Before you commit, we agree one town and one search that combines your service and location, such as “plumber Coalville”. It goes into your written proposal, so we both know what we are working towards.
You pay £3,000 upfront, and I keep working until your business reaches the agreed front-page goal on Google and Maps for your service and town. You pay once to reach that goal. A suitable website is included if you need one. The fee covers Google Business Profile and website optimisation, backlinks, regular updates to both, plus domain and website hosting until the goal is reached.

Front page means: for every agreed term, in the same fortnightly check from a postcode we write down at kickoff, your website is in the first ten unpaid Google results and your Google Business Profile is in the first ten Google Maps results.
The search and measurement location are agreed in writing. Results can differ when someone searches from another location.
Working together
We know the goal. I handle the work.
I handle the improvements needed to get your business found and check the agreed search every two weeks. You receive clear progress updates and know what I need from you.
You provide access to your website and Google Business Profile, approve the changes I send and help request genuine reviews from your customers. We keep the focus on the service, town and search agreed at the start.

Is this right for my business? +
This offer is for local trades and service businesses that want to be found in a specific town or city. You do not need to have a website already; a suitable website is included if you need one. On the call, we discuss your business, the services you sell and the area you want to reach. I will tell you if I do not think this is a suitable fit.
How long will it take? +
There is no fixed ranking date. Your starting position and the competition affect how much work is needed. I report progress every two weeks and keep optimising until the goal is reached. The fee does not increase with the time it takes.
Does reaching the front page mean more customers? +
The aim is to put your business in front of people already looking for your services, so they can visit your website and contact you. Turning that interest into customers also depends on your offer, reputation and how you handle enquiries. The commitment is to reach the agreed front-page goal; it does not promise a number of sales.
What happens after I reach the front page? +
The engagement ends when we reach the agreed goal, and you keep the work. Any website or domain created for you is handed over. From handover, you pay for hosting and domain renewals. You can arrange hosting yourself or pay me to continue hosting. An optional service works towards the top three for £3,000/month, with hosting included. Your upfront payment does not start a monthly subscription. Rankings can change after the goal is reached.
