We look for one repeated process with a named owner. If nothing is worth building, we say so. The call costs nothing.
02 Written scope and fixed price
Scope is the process, assistant or product we agreed. The price does not move unless the scope does. AI builds start from £5,000.
03 Build
Implementation. You supply access and source material. We do not disappear into a 40-page strategy.
04 Hand-over
You get a working system for the agreed scope. You can stop here.
05 Optional retainer
If the next jobs are already visible, the AI retainer is a monthly fixed rate for that queue. The rate is set after discovery. It is not printed here.
